Detox with Total Body Health

Detox with Total Body Health

Posted by Eyes of Lady Wimbledon | 2 January 2024 | Health & Fitness

At Christmas and New Year, it is easy to overtax the body – even unintentionally. For some it can be a period of non-stop partying and catching up with friends, it is easy to  over indulge in numerous vices in a short space of time. This includes:

  • Drinking
  • Smoking / Vaping
  • Stopping exercise routines
  • Eating lots of rich food
  • Not getting enough fresh air
  • Not getting enough sleep
  • Not drinking enough water.

All this can lead to toxic overload where we feel sluggish, fatigued, even depressed, and not in the best frame of mind to get back into the swing of things.

At Total Body Health we understand, and are here to support you. We often make New Year resolutions where we say we are going to make a change, and stick at it for a while. We may do ‘Dry January’, or decide to follow the latest diet. After a while the motivation may were off, and we are back to our old habits.

Let’s make it work this year. You don’t have to do this on your own.

We are here to help you be the healthiest you and keep you on track.

We have a range of scientifically proven therapies to help you with over-indulgence, addictions, or just to help you keep your resolutions. This includes: Detox through Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Light Therapy and Bioresonance. We also advise on diet and exercise.

Start the New Year with the right support, attitude and plan. Call Total Body Health now and let’s work together on making 2024 your best ever.
