Pho, the healthy Vietnamese street food restaurant run by husband and wife team Stephen and Jules Wall, will open its doors in Wimbledon (40 Wimbledon Hill Road) in mid November.

Set in the old Chipotle site, the new Pho restaurant will seat about 80 people inside with a terrace outside that seats about 40. They specialise in pho, the national dish of Vietnam, a delicious and nutritious rice noodle soup served with fresh herbs to add as you please.

The menu also includes other delicious Vietnamese street foods like spring and summer rolls, salads, wok-fried noodles, bún noodles and fragrant curries. Everything is made in-house and is freshly prepared. Plus, 99% of the menu is gluten free!

Pho has a fabulous wine list, great Vietnamese beers and delicious cocktails made with premium spirits imported from Vietnam. The new restaurant will be open seven days a week for eat-in and will also do Pho To Go.
