Thai Restaurant Group, Patara is set to open its seventh London restaurant on Wimbledon High Street this June, serving the very best authentic Thai dishes to the local community.
Championed by authenticity and taste, the menu at Patara will remain true to its roots, boasting a larder full of fresh produce and the finest Thai ingredients. Bangkok trained chefs will combine classic recipes with playful interpretations to deliver a perfect balancing act for the senses. The result, a sophisticated yet humble harmony of East meets West.
Located across one floor, the 80-cover restaurant will offer diners the opportunity to discover a cherished heritage taking inspiration from intricate Thai architecture. Designed by Superfutures (Ping Pong, Obica, Chotto Matte) the intricate carvings, decorative motifs and quality craftsmanship help to embrace the luxury of Thailand alongside its more relaxed comforts.
Open every day, from lunch through to dinner, Patara will invite you to visit for any occasion. Pull up a seat at the 12-seater Yum Bar, the casual lunchtime eatery, made for mulling over with a large selection of brightly-coloured, fresh and zesty salads. Alternatively, choose to spend an evening savouring dish after dish from the extensive a la carte menu, with a host of classic Thai favourites.
A comprehensive and curated list of wines, chosen specially to complement the flavours of Thai cuisine, sit alongside signature crafted cocktails created from a unique infusion of premium spirits with freshly pounded herbs and spices, exotic fruits and fresh juices.
Perfect as the warmer months approach, a spacious outdoor garden terrace with 50-covers will be ready just in time, for pre or post lunch and dinner drinks.
Patara Wimbledon will be open from 11am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday.
