The Bank Holiday is a great time to get your best outfit on, get out and have a bit of a party! Let’s hope for a beautifully sunny and a little warmer weather too.
Here are my top three choices for cocktails this weekend.
The Terrace
The Terrace is a beautiful and sophisticated bar situated on Centre Court with beautiful views overlooking Wimbledon town. Their cocktails range from the classics to unusual and there is one to suit every taste. Plus if you have more time to enjoy The Terrace why not try some of their delicious dishes in their restaurant?
My top three cocktails at The Terrace are The Hardshake, a delicious Patron café tequila with ice cream cocktail. It is a pudding of a cocktail and incredibly moreish. The Tiki Mai Tai is a fruity and fresh rum based drink that would sit perfectly in hand on a Caribbean beach. The Tommy’s Margarita is also a favourite of mine and definitely a great drink for fans of tequila. It certainly packs a flavour punch.

Hemingways Lounge Bar
In the heart of the Village is the cosy and elegant Hemingways Lounge Bar to sip cocktails at this weekend and the perfect spot to stop at after a walk on the common. Their cocktails list is huge and has some very interesting flavour combinations.
My favourite three cocktails from Hemingways are the Basil & Black, a fresh and peppery cocktail with citron vodka, fresh berries and finished off with ginger beer. Sparkling Orchid for the sparky prosecco fans made with strawberry and elderflower liqueur. Forget-Me-Not is the very refreshing cucumber and tequila based cocktail perfect for warm summer days.

Lost & Co Putney
Travel a little further for a cocktail at the eclectic Lost & Co bar and restaurant. The fun and fascinating bar is a lovely place to enjoy a cocktail and their food is also delicious. A night out filled with fun, food and cocktails, all you need to do is bring your friends.
My favourite three cocktails have to include the Rise and Shine, vodka, vanilla, Earl Grey tea and topped up with prosecco. The Vera Lynn, a super mix of gin and homemade limoncello, elderflower and cranberry. Don’t forget to try the Ed Sheehan Martini too! Lemongrass & ginger infused vodka and Lillet Blanc served with fresh ginger.
