Juice it up! The New Year brings on a want to eat healthy and after all the food over Christmas I’ve started adding a fresh juice to my diet. They are a great way to get nutrients and vitamins which also leaves you feeling full and more awake. (Although don’t drink too many as they are still full with natural sugar.) A feel good treat which is also good for the mind, body and soul.

Joe & The Juice

The juice chain is well known for their fresh juices and their menu is designed to help you reenergise, give you a fibre boost, help your immune system and even an anti stress juice. The juices at Joe & The Juice are made of only a few ingredients and the final results are beautifully tasty drinks that will make you feel pretty good.
