February is the month of love and this year Lady Wimbledon is joining forces with Celeb FC to share the love by supporting Wimbledon Guild’s campaign to tackle isolation across Merton.
In association with Celeb FC – an agency formed by Karin Flower that organises celebrities and influencers to play football and attend events to raise money for worthwhile charities – Wimbledon’s Love “Ball” will be held to help raise money for the Wimbledon Guild who require more funding for carers to look after the elderly suffering from isolation in our borough.
Just a small donation of £10 a month is enough to ensure that an isolated older person receives weekly support through a befriender visit. All guests of Lady Wimbledon and Celeb FC will be making a donation to their Just Giving page. Please feel free to also donate as every penny counts.
NC Supper Clubs who have recently been shortlisted in the category “best pop-up” in London’s largest food and drink magazine, Foodism, will be bringing Executive Chef Arup Dasgupta and his team from 5-star hotel, The Lalit London, to serve guests the ultimate modern European and pan Asian canapé creations.
Entertainment includes live performances by Frank Sinatra impersonator, So Sinatra, magic from The Magic Man London and comedy from Sheraz Yousaf.
