Easter is a delicious time of year to celebrate spring and enjoy a lot of chocolate, not forgetting the roast lamb. Centre Court has so many shops filled with great things to make and buy for Easter. Here are my top picks:
Lakeland
Lakeland this year have a great range of cookie cutters and Easter treats to help your home baking but it was the Easter egg mould that took my fancy. The kit contains two large egg moulds and a selection of smaller ones. The moulds are so easy to use and perfect for children and big kids alike to get creative with and make individual eggs. £3.99 for the kit.
To make something a little different with the mould I made an avocado Easter egg. Check out my youtube video on how to do it.
For table decoration you have to fall in love with the bunny napkins. An adorable and affordable way to decorate your Easter table. £3.99 for 20 napkins.
If you’ve got your bunny napkins why not add a little bunny bunting too. So cute and perfect to hang up not just for the house but lovely for a Easter egg hunt for the little ones outside in the sunshine. £8.99 for 3 metres.
Paperchase
With the new Peter Rabbit film now in cinemas, it the gorgeous collection at Paperchase, has got me thinking about lovely Easter weekends as a child and how much I loved Beatrix Potter.
The Peter Rabbit treat bags are a lovely way to give Easter gifts or even use them for egg hunting. A lovely way to share a gift this Easter. £4.50 for 12 with stickers.
I also love the Peter Rabbit paper straws. A really lovely addition to your Easter cocktails. The beautiful illustrations by Beatrix Potter make them so extra special. £3.50 for 20.
Marks & Spencer
If you want a gorgeous egg and don’t have time to get creative then M&S have a beautiful range of eggs perfect no matter who you’re buying for.
My favourite thing has to be the Easter hamper. What could be better than a whole hamper filled with a delicious range of hot cross buns, simnel cake, tea and a huge range of Easter eggs. The hamper is £50.
If that is a little above your budget then my second recommendation would be the cute burrowing bunny Easter egg. A cute little bunny bum, tail and feet burrowing into an egg. £15
