Cheer – The Great River Race
The Great River Race
The Great River Race, London’s River Marathon, is a spectacular race for traditional boats. The boats will sail up the River Thames from Millwall to Ham and attract over 300 crews from all over the globe, from those who enjoy dressing up to serious competitors looking to be crowned UK Traditional Boat Champions.
The race starts at Millwall Dock Slipway at 9.50am and the winners will cross the line at the riverside below Ham House in Richmond at around 1pm; 8th September.

Following on from their enormously successful food and wine pairing events, wine merchant Hannibal Brown are back again with the introduction of music to accompany/complement a selection of their artisan wines. Partnering with professional classical musicians The Jigsaw Players, who will be playing some of the most popular classical pieces. There will of course be plenty of delicious canapés to pull the whole event together.
