Anyone walking past the Common will see that the Wimbledon Bookfest tent has finally gone up and we can’t wait to see people come down for what will be an amazing weekend. Wimbledon Guild Waggy Walk
Dog lovers and owners will jump at the chance to spend a day walking their own furry partners, or those of others, in this fundraising walk. The aim behind Waggy Walk is to raise funds to support people experiencing social isolation and loneliness. The day promises to be one full of fun and laughter. To top it off Wimbledon Brewery will serving their finest largers. So why not spend a day taking in some fresh air walking along the Common and having some fun for a great cause?

Wimbledon Bookfest
There is only one day left till the start of Wimbledon Bookfest. Several talks are already booked out but we have one ticket and a free copy of Bloody Brilliant Women to give away! Jo Holdsworth at Neptune
She featured her work during the Merton Arts Festival and will once again display her beautiful oil canvas paintings this time at Neptune in Wimbledon. The preview will be accompanied by coffee, pastries and a chance to speak to the artist herself Jo Holdsworth.
