Kababji offers fresh, authentic Lebanese food in the heart of Wimbledon. Read more about their traditional mezze dishes…

In February, the month of love, what better time for everyone (partner, mum, dad, the young children, older children or the whole family) in Wimbledon to enjoy fresh, traditional Lebanese food in relaxed and comfortable surroundings?

For as long as there have been people living in The Levant, there has been a culture of sharing food with friends and family. The mezze style of eating spread across Europe’s Mediterranean through trade links, gaining popularity as a fantastic way to socialise over a variety of delicious food. In time, many countries in the region adopted this style of eating as their own.

At the Kababji restaurant, they celebrate the tradition of mezze with their traditional Lebanese dishes in the very heart of Wimbledon. They have insisted on staying authentic, and although they do not follow trends, many of their mezze offerings are completely vegan and gluten free.

A combination of Lebanese flavours can be found and enjoyed in their freshly-made food. Made every day and in house, they pride themselves on their traditional values and recipes, just as their ancestors did.

Kababji has forged a path of serving great Lebanese food in Beirut for over two generations, before opening its first UK restaurant in Wimbledon. Kababji takes great pride in presenting its Lebanese menu to its customers; whether they’re looking for a quick, healthy lunch, food on the go, or a sociable, in-house dining experience.
