Motherhood and wellbeing blogger – The Curious Mummy investigates the negative effects of too much technology.

‘Our mobile devices are a huge part of our lives – we use them to work, to keep in touch with loved ones, to stream video, listen to podcasts and that’s just to name a few. The reality is the usage on mobile devices is massive.

With all this consumption, I often wonder what the effects are on our health. Personally, after prolonged use, I experience headaches and difficulties with sleep which can impact on my behaviour and concentration levels. It feels unthinkable that something that is made to be very much a part of our lives could cause us any harm. It seems the effects of exposure to electromagnetic radiation (EMR) can cause a plethora of symptoms such as headaches, disruptive sleep patterns, chronic fatigue, depression and erratic blood pressure’ @thecuriousmummy

What can we do to protect ourselves?
• Use a wireless headset
• Consider downloading content and switch onto airplane mode
• Turn the phone onto airplane mode when you sleep & keep it away from your head
• Attach an Envirochip to the centre back of your mobile device to re-pattern electromagnetic radiations emitted from personal devices protecting you from its harmful effects.

Living up to her username @thecuriousmummy; She now uses the Envirochip from LFE Global to neutralise radiation from wireless devices.

‘Since we have been using the Envirochip on our wireless router, tablets and mobile telephone, my headaches have gone and I’m sleeping so much better’
