Why did you set up your business?
I have pretty much always worked on the agency side of marketing and love working with clients to help them achieve their goals and take some of the day to day pressure off. I was inspired to set up a marketing and design agency so that the work I did for my clients would feel more personal and rewarding. I have a small but fantastic team at Lucid and it’s true to say that I learn as much from them every day as they do from me. Our office on the banks of the river in Hampton Wick is a hub of creativity and activity and I get so much joy from being here every day.
We asked her to describe her business
I love working closely with local business owners and SME’s to really get to the heart of what is needed to move their business forward so they can grow and thrive. Running your own business often also means running at 100 miles an hour so we can help by seeing opportunities and, more importantly, making them happen.
My team and I have years of experience building and activating effective marketing campaigns that fit the needs of each client. We have no template to our approach as it’s all about understanding the intricacies of each business; product and USP’s, customer profiles, commercial objectives and marketing spend.
It is so rewarding to see the difference we make to someone’s business with a targeted marketing campaign to reach potential customers who might never have heard of them otherwise.
What about social media?
Social media channels and digital marketing are a really great way for SME’s to stay in touch with customers, keeping them informed about new products, services, and promotions, which builds customer loyalty and encourages repeat business.
Lots of our clients come to us because they are just not sure where to start with social media.
Trying to stay on top of your social media feeds can be a drain on your time, diverting you away from running your business. We take all of this off our clients’ desks by creating consistent and engaging marketing and social media campaigns for them, including content creation, design, reels, videos, hashtags, engagement and pay per click ads across all of the platforms… it’s what we do best so our clients can focus on what they do best.
