Meet the Office Team Behind Bluebird Care Wimbledon

At Bluebird Care Wimbledon, we believe that great care starts long before our care assistants walk through a customer’s door. Behind the scenes, we have a dedicated, passionate office team who work tirelessly to make sure every detail is in place, from care planning and scheduling to compliance, training, and customer support.

We are truly grateful for the hard work, commitment, and heart they put into everything they do. Each person plays a unique role, but it’s the way their efforts align that creates the magic. Together, they produce something beautiful, which is exceptional care for our customers.

The office is not just where the paperwork gets done, it’s where ideas are shared, challenges are solved, and laughter is often heard. It’s where support for carers begins, where customers’ needs are carefully reviewed, and where every decision is guided by compassion and professionalism.

So today, we’d like to give you a peek into the personalities and passion that make our office run. Meet the team who bring energy, empathy, and expertise to everything they do, and who ensure that our promise of high-quality care is kept every single day.

You also get the flexibility to choose the times of your visits so that the care really works around your routine. Another huge advantage is being able to decide what you’d like to eat, rather than sticking to a set menu

She goes out into the community handing out birthday gifts and cards for customers and carers, presenting Care Expert of the Month awards, taking pictures out and about, and building strong relationships with other professionals and charities.

Kaycee first started out caring in the field, giving her a strong foundation and real understanding of what good care means day to day. With her warm, approachable personality, she has a natural way of putting people at ease, supporting carers, and building trust with customers, making her a vital and valued member of the team.

In your opinion, what are the benefits of home care rather than a care home?

The greatest benefit of home care is that it allows people to remain in a place that truly reflects who they are. A home is filled with memories, personal touches, and little moments that hold deep sentimental value. From the familiar décor to the pictures on the walls that tell a lifetime of stories, every detail carries a sense of character and identity. It’s not simply a house; it’s a home and being able to stay in that environment can make all the difference.

What do you enjoy doing in your time off?

I think the biggest benefit of home care is the balance it gives people; they can get the support they need while still keeping their independence. Home is where their favourite chair is, where the family photographs live, where neighbours pop by, and where small routines bring comfort. Care at home means you can receive the support you need without losing those familiar surroundings or independence. It also gives families peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for with dignity, while still being at the heart of everyday family life.
