Tips To Wake Up Happy…

Tips To Wake Up Happy…

Start your day with a lovely smile by incorporating a few simple things into your morning routine. Here are my tips to wake up happy…

Design a feel-good bedside table

Display beautiful pieces that motivate you next to your bed. If it’s travel, try destination guides or decorative items from a recent trip. Photos that spark happy memories, luxury magazines or uplifting quotes work well, too.

Be mindful

Load your thoughts before your phone. Give yourself at least 15 minutes before you start scrolling. This is time for you to engage with your thoughts, free from distractions.

Tea is always a good idea

A flavourful way to refresh yourself in the morning is with a cup of your favourite tea, whether it’s a calming camomile or an uplifting citrus.

Girls just wanna have sun!

Sleep with the curtains partially open to allow some sunlight to sneak in. When it’s time to wake up, open them a little more.

Prepare for your morning

Make your mornings a little easier by preparing for it the night before. Choose your outfit, pack your bag and prep for breakfast. Bircher muesli is super delicious and packed with nutrients.

Side note: always remember ‘positive mind, positive vibes’ – talk to yourself like you’re your best friend. Smile and tell yourself something you love about you. Keep a happy list next to your bed to remind yourself of a few things you love about your life.
