If you are struggling to fit in your five a day intake of fruit and vegetables, then you need to look into juicing.

Healing And Detoxifying

Juicing is one of the best ways to balance and detox the body. Fresh juice is packed with antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins and minerals which are quick and easy to digest and absorb. Green vegetables are a valuable source of fibre, chlorophyll essential vitamins K and C and minerals such as iron, boron, calcium and magnesium. All of these help to add alkaline to the body, so the blood is less acidic and healthier.

Vitamin Absorption

It is good for your body to eat raw vegetables and your body can digest a juice in around fifteen minutes. Minerals and vitamins shoot straight into your blood stream, which is why you hear people say they instantly feel better after having a green juice shot. For tiredness, try a berry shot for instant energy.

Reduce Cravings

The natural sugars from fruit can help reduce cravings. And juices can be tailored to specific dietary requirements. The balance of vegetables and fruit is key to ensure the juice is balanced.
