Three Benefits Of Pilates

Three Benefits Of Pilates

Pilates is a fantastic that benefits your mind, body and soul. It is a workout for everyone – all ages, all shapes and all sizes.

Strengthens Your Core
One of the main reasons people come to a pilates class is to help ease back pain. A stronger core equals a better back. Pilates will strengthen core support for the back, teach good alignment, and provide gentle stretches for tight back muscles.

Easy On Joints
Pilates involves slow and controlled movements which puts minimal impact on your joints. This makes it suitable for all ages and people suffering from various orthopaedic conditions.

Hones Your Focus
Pilates encourages you to focus on your breath, your body and how they move together. It’s a very technical class so there is no time to think about shopping lists, work or bills. You are forced to forgot about life’s stresses for a full focused hour of blissful me-time.
