Dalston’s was set up in a nightclub in Dalston, East London by Duncan O’Brien back in 2012. As Duncan used to be a chef on the Orient Express, he started mixing, experimenting, and infusing the drinks with ingredients from the local markets.

In 2016 Dalston’s outgrew their first brew-yard and subsequently moved to a larger space in 2016. Duncan called for some help from co-founder and pro-investor Giles brook to take on the big drinks business, head-on. Dalston’s began growing more than ever after a refresh and new flavours.

They create ‘soda with a soul’ – refreshing drinks made from real fruit and sparkling water. All of their recipes are curated in-house by Duncan who has also been finding out how to reduce sugars from the liquids whilst maintaining a brilliant flavour. In 2019, Dalston’s launched their no refined sugar range which provides excellent flavour without a load of calories.

Dalston’s make drinks using traditional British flavours such as rhubarb, elderflower, cherry and also include the classics such as ginger beer and lemonade!

You can order Dalston’s online from their website and supermarkets such as Waitrose, Whole Foods, Sainsbury’s, Asda and many more
