My look took inspiration from elegantly bouncy brushed curls which were achieved by curling the hair in sections with hot rollers. The hair was then left to cool in the roller, which gave me plenty of time to sip on some coffee and read a magazine or two. The rollers were then removed from my hair and the strands of bouncy curls were pinned to my head so that they could be taken out before the party.

Wellness Blogger Feel Good Flora opted for a Kate Moss-inspired look, loving the way it suited her slim-line dress, with tight curls that were brushed and backcombed to create a voluminous party look.

Lifestyle blogger Milena Lorusso and Deputy Editor Jennifer Freitas De Castro both chose to have a looser curl. To achieve effortless siren curls the stylists washed, blowdried and individually curled the hair in sections for maximum volume.
