It was an evening of fresh spring cocktails, sounds from live DJ Sasha Brown and famous faces; here’s what happened at Wimbledon’s most glamorous networking event…
Lady Wimbledon hosted the ultimate networking party on Wimbledon’s coolest roof terrace: 601 Queen’s Rd, the social sanctuary located in the heart of busting Wimbledon.
Our event space was decorated with an ethereal logo and ivy balloon wall, designed by Danielle Sweeney Events. The balloons were from Partica in Centre Court Shopping Centre.
601 Queen’s Rd served their cleverly concocted cocktails to guests throughout the evening; Pomelo Spritz sponsored by Chase, Apple Sour sponsored by Justerini & Brooks and Grapefruit Rickey Sponsored by Diageo. Double Dutch Sodas were served, too.
The warm evening enticed our guests to spill out onto the roof terrace which sparkles with fairy lights overlooks Wimbledon Town.
Social snacks were served throughout the night. Guests were the first to taste 601’s new mini burgers and delish seasonal crostini’s, crafted in their kitchen.
Mav Music Agency brought one of their top female DJ’s, Sasha Brown, to play electro house sounds throughout the evening.
Guests included local residents and businesses, fundraisers Celeb FC, the Mayor of Merton, a few famous faces, Lady Wimbledon bloggers, Diobo the magician, artists and social influencers.
There was a charity raffle on the night to raise money for Jigsaw4U; a local children’s charity supporting young people affected by significant social, emotional and bereavement issues. Celeb FC who are local fundraisers selected Jigsaw4U as our charity to support with this event. Visit www.jigsaw4u.org.uk to find out more about them.
