Bistro du Vin’s Mouthwatering New Autumn Menu
Hotel du Vin, Wimbledon has just launched its new Autumn menu, made up of a delicious array of seasonal dishes. Autumn brings with it a whole new feast of produce to enjoy – tomatoes are everywhere, funghi are there for the foraging, peas are perfection and root vegetables are coming into season. Try plump pan-roasted scallops with chanterelle mushrooms and pancetta, or a quintessentially French classic cassoulet. Autumn’s fruit basket is also varied and delicious: apples and quinces are at their best and come in a range of wonderful flavours and textures.

Celebrating 25 years of Hotel du Vin
It was Hotel du Vin’s 25th birthday last month, so naturally Cannizaro House hosted a very special party to mark the occasion, supported by the Wimbledon Guild Charity. The evening was very buzzy, with 200 guests trying their luck at the Blackjack tables; up-dos care of the hair bar by Andy’s Salon; charcuterie, cheese and fruits de mer galore; and of course, a huge birthday cake.
