There is really nothing more delicious than the British summertime, with warmer weather and longer days, seasonal food and drink to enjoy in the great outdoors… It is the perfect time to announce the reopening of Wimbledon’s most spectacular new Champagne terrace garden at Cannizaro House by Hotel du Vin, Wimbledon.
Lady Wimbledon and friends were absolutely delighted to be invited back onto Cannizaro House’s beautiful terrace for some alfresco dining, with stunning views over Cannizaro Park to experience the new Lanson Champagne terrace opening up on the 23rd April.
Tables on the terrace will be available to book for groups of 4.

Drinks can only be served from the Orangery, for guests who have booked a table.
The terrace spaces have a great new Italian menu, offering fresh ingredients plus an inspired wine list. You can also enjoy a colourful collection of cocktails, perfect for sharing with friends and family.
Taste both the equisite LANSON, PÈRE ET FILS, BRUT and the LANSON, ROSE LABEL, BRUT ROSÉ as well as taste a range of the delicious nibbles, starters and antipasti from sweet capeia peppers stuffed with feta and herbs, italian meats including prosciutto di parma, and heart-warming minestrone soup with orzo and cavolo nero, served with toasted Altamura bread – the lunchtime spread of dreams.
Another exciting announcement is that take away boxes are now available, in case your plans spontaneously change, or the British weather does!
Be sure to book in advance to secure one of the most enviable alfresco tables in Wimbledon. The sun was shining, the food and drink were divine, the company was wonderful and the setting was beautiful. It really is the perfect venue for a long awaited reunion with friends.
With safety still at the forefront of our minds, Cannizaro House by Hotel du Vin made us feel at ease. What we love about the terrace is the space to enjoy private conversations and stretch out in comfort, to enjoy the view.

The terrace cannot be accessed through the park, only from front of the hotel itself. Bookings are recommended.
