Wimbledon’s Injury Rehab & Wellness Clinic, Nordic Balance

Posted by Eyes of Lady Wimbledon | 25 May 2021 | Health & Fitness

We are delighted to announce the latest edition to Wimbledon Village; Nordic Balance is opening its new Injury Rehab & Wellness Clinic.

The new, beautifully designed health clinic provides the local community with a wide range of natural therapies including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Shockwave Therapy, Sports Massage and Podiatry.

The Nordic Balance Wimbledon Village therapists offer an integrated approach to health and wellbeing. With a combined 100+ years of delivering premium care, the therapists have the ability to provide patients with intuitive and state of the art treatment, which is precisely tailored to their needs.

Nordic Balance Wimbledon Village is committed to investing in the latest technology and treatments. The team has worked hard to be able to include ESWT (Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy), also known as Shockwave Therapy, in their offerings. This non-invasive and non-surgical treatment has proven results in treating musculoskeletal soft tissue injuries.

From its founding location in St James’s (SW1) in 2008, it has expanded into two additional sites. Alongside its Abbeville Village (SW4) site, it is proud to have established a brand new London location, based in Wimbledon Village SW19.

A hub for the local community

Nordic Balance Wimbledon Village has drawn on its strong Scandinavian influence for the design of this stunning new clinic. In it, different textures, a sleek curved wall, and clever lighting have been incorporated into an innovative layout, to provide an environment that enhances clients’ sessions, and promotes a positive frame of mind.

In addition to providing specialist therapies, the new clinic is well-positioned as a new hub for the local community. From this calming and pleasant communal space, the team will provide informative talks and workshops on a range of wellness-related topics.

Quick and easy bookings

For those receiving treatments through their health insurance provider, it couldn’t be easier to make a booking – Nordic Balance Wimbledon Village is recognised by all major providers and can liaise directly with the insurer to claim back the cost of treatment on the client’s behalf.

Self-pay patients can use the simple and intuitive online booking system to find a date and time that works. From the Nordic Balance online portal, clients can easily manage their treatments to suit them.
