Regarded as one of the most relevant voices in the modern era of mindfulness, Michael James Wong, the founder of Just Breathe, is on a mission to turn the volume down and bring a quieter conversation into the real world.
Through the Japanese traditional art of folding paper cranes, Michael will invite you to slow down and learn how to be more meditative and present, thereby adding value to life. He will share proverbs, meditations and fables as you begin your own Senbazuru journey.

Join the Bushcraft and survival legend, Ray Mears, as he takes us on his own lifetime’s journey through the natural world, into the British countryside and across continents.
He shows us how to tune our senses, enhance our experience of nature, and understand our place within it. We are Nature: How to Reconnect with the Wild is Ray’s love letter to the natural world, gathering together his lived experience and extensive practical knowledge of the outdoors to show how nature affects us and how we affect it in turn.

Join the award-winning actor, comedian and best-selling author, for an insightful and witty conversation with Hannah MacInnes about love, grief and time travel.
Rob’s first novel Come Again follows Kate, a woman in mourning for her late husband Luke, who suddenly finds herself in the wrong room, the wrong body, and the wrong decade. She is 18 again in her college room, reliving her first day of fresher’s week 1992 — the very day she first met Luke. Robert will also be discussing his hilarious and moving memoir How Not to Be a Boy, in which he considers the absurd expectations boys and men have placed upon them at every stage of life.

Rosie Wilby – The Breakup Monologues – Live Podcast Recording
In 2011, acclaimed comedian Rosie Wilby was dumped by email. Obsessing about breakups ever since, she embarked on a personal quest to investigate, understand and conquer the psychology of heartbreak. Her new book The Breakup Monologues takes on the big questions about our life-changing separations in the modern age of ghosting, breadcrumbing and conscious uncoupling.
In a first for Wimbledon BookFest we will be recording an episode of Rosie’s award-winning podcast, upon which the book is based, with special guest Shappi Khorsandi. Together they look back at their best and worst romantic breakup stories.
