Wimbledon Business Group have organised an exciting ‘Meet the Editors’ event – a chance for you to meet some of the most influential media experts in the Wimbledon area.
Whether you’re interested in the journalism and digital media industries or you’re a professional looking to make some new connections, this is the event for you! Learn what makes a great news story, when the best time to approach an editor is, and how deadlines differ across publications.
The guest media experts on the panel include: Nicholas Hitchens Deputy Group Managing Editor of Newsquest South London and Editor of the Wimbledon Guardian, Christina Salzano Time and Leisure Magazine, Karine Torr Darling Magazine and Sandra Nardi ‘Lady Wimbledon’. Debbie Catt, an experienced Public and Media Relations Specialist and Member of the Wimbledon Business Group will host the panel discussion.
Tickets booked in advance includes buffet and drinks (proceeds from the event will be donated to Merton Mencap, Wimbledon Business Group’s affiliated charity)
