Swap Sugary Snacks for Totally Wild’s Plant-Based Juice Drinks

Swap Sugary Snacks for Totally Wild’s Plant-Based Juice Drinks

Posted by Shelly Palmer | 23 February 2017 | Health & Fitness

As a fit chick I am a fan of juice drinks and have juiced in the past, so when I was asked if I wanted to try the juices from Totally Wild AloeΒ I jumped at the chance.

I normally use natural energy balls between classes so I was interested to see how my energy levels would differ, by swapping my normal snacks for the Totally Wild juices – which are plant-based juice blends with super fruits and have noΒ added sugar.Β I found the juices light and you could taste the full flavour of each ingredient.

The pomegranate and aloe was my firm favourite. Some of the flavours were quite sharp for me, but I think there is a flavour for everyone. MyΒ top health hack would be to pop one in your bag to enjoy after a class – this will help toΒ ward off any naughty sugary cravings.

Check out these flavours: baobab and aloe which contained apple, pomegranate and aloe, peach honey hush and aloe, cranberry rooibos and aloe.
