Keep fit in style this winter season with my top 3 must-haves for the active lady this Christmas.

Sweaty Betty – All sports backpack

From an early morning workout, straight to work and onto an evening of festivities – this β€˜All Sports’ stylish backpack is the perfect gift for the active lady who still wants to look chic this winter. With plenty of space inside, several different compartments and a lightweight fabric, there is nothing not to like about this backpack!

Gap fit – Leggings

If you haven’t already noticed, burgundy is the new black this season. These Gap Fit leggings should be a wardrobe staple this season. They are not only flattering, top quality but totally acceptable to wear even when you aren’t going to the gym – win, win!

Macacha protein powder – Revital health

A little bit of feel good goes a long way this silly season… Macacha is much more than just a protein powder, it doesn’t only contain organic plant protein but it is also packed full of nourishing super foods such as maca, ginger root, baobab, cranberry, kelp, flaxseeds and more. Macacha is the best addition to your diet to help nourish the body from the inside out this season. It is easy to combine and tastes absolutely delicious unlike other plant based proteins that taste like chalk, better yet they also come in portion size sachets – the perfect addition to a Christmas stocking!
