Later this month Patara Wimbledon we will be hosting a special event featuring a young guest chef from Thailand, Chef Tam. Despite only being 25 years old, Chef Tam has worked alongside the famous Dan Barber at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, New York – ranked no. 11 on the World’s 50 Best restaurants.

Chef Tam’s Thai fusion style of cookery is rapidly making her into one of the stars of Thailand’s culinary scene as well as on the international stage following her appearance on US TV show, Top Chef. Chef Tam is an advocate of locally sourced, sustainable, seasonal and above all authentic Thai ingredients which combine to create a perfect blend of modern elements and traditional Thai cooking techniques.

Join Patara Wimbledon on Tuesday 1st May at 11am and learn to cook four authentic Thai dishes with Chef Tam. Each guest will receive a selection of mementoes including: a Patara apron, recipe cards and a certificate to commemorate their attendance.
