In honour of Pancake Day, on Tuesday 1st March Bill’s Restaurants will be serving ‘all you can eat pancakes’ available for the entire day.
Naturally, the Leggy Ladies and I had to get down to Bill’s Wimbledon Restaurant and see the action as fast as our stilettos would carry us. Famed for its American-style pancakes, Bills did not disappoint, with a seriously high score on the fluffy scale!
Lady W and Miss Day went for the banana, strawberry and blueberry topping, and made an impressive dent in the five stack tower, which is high praise indeed. No one will be surprised to learn that I went for the pancakes with bacon and syrup, and the absundance of streaky rashers did not go unnoticed, nor did the essential extra portion of syrup on the side. 
Known for its cosy and eclectic decor, Bills is the perfect home-from-home for pancake day. All the comfy sofas, with none of the washing up, it’s a win on all fronts.
Served usually until 11.30am, this year, Bill’s is serving up pancakes all day, which means plenty of time for a fruity stack for breakfast, and a savoury stack for lunch. (Then a savoury stack for dinner, and a sweet stack for pudding.)
