Aarabhi London is the womenswear brand creating a lot of hype this summer.
Founded and based in Wimbledon, they create both statement pieces and sustainable essentials. Their collections are a combination of the individual design aesthetic of British fashion and Indian craftsmanship.
Their goal when designing is to create colourful, feminine and versatile pieces which can be styled in many different ways, so they can be worn repeatedly. They know how important it is for clothing to be comfortable and functional. Aarabhi don’t try to follow any trends, they create timeless pieces so the clothes can be worn & enjoyed over the years.
Aarabhi have just launched their latest Summer collection titled Dahlia.
These are intricate and bold pieces with the Dahlia Maxi Dress being the star of the show! For the first time Aarabhi have added a couple of beachwear items which include the Dahlie Embroidered Sarong Cover-Up. One of the stand out pieces is the Dahlia Dress as this classic piece can be worn repeatedly for years to come.
Colourful embroidery designs are their signature, this is what they have developed and included in all of they’re collections since the beginning.
Kōr by Aarabhi is the name of their sub-brand.
They created this because they believe wardrobes are made up of statement pieces and essential pieces. These are the basics which you wear on repeat so they thought it would be important to create a line of sustainable and ethically made basics.
They started off with designing 100% organic cotton t-shirts in 3 colours and 3-styles and they are hoping to expand into other essentials such as shirts and jeans later this year.
Aarabhi can be found at Martina London (Westbourne Grove), a brilliant boutique combining unique international fashion and delicious food.
On 9th August ‘22 Aarabhi will have its first solo pop-up at BOXPARK Shoreditch running for 2 weeks. All pieces will be available to try on in UK sizes 6-16 and the pop-up will be run by their head designer who can also give you any styling tips and advice for each piece.
Each swing tag is signed by one of the artisans who worked on it. Making their pieces takes time and skill which is why they wanted to highlight the work of artisans but also remind our customers that our pieces are handmade.
