Fitness in Wimbledon just got fun again. The popular Paola’s BodyBarre has re-opened its studios in the village and is ready to help us take our fitness to the next level.
Following the success of last year’s opening, Paola’s Body Barre invites us back for another round of highly efficient workout classes that fuse together many disciplines including dynamic pilates, ballet barre conditioning, functional training and HIIT.
Working every single muscle of the body, you’ll feel the positive effects both inside and out. Improve posture, circulation, muscle tone, flexibility and core strength.
Workouts are available every day with 18 classes running per week.
