2 Quick And Easy Workouts To Stay In Shape This Christmas

Below are two workouts which will definitely get the heart rate up and the sweat dripping. Give them both a go and try to get through them as fast as possible.

Workout 1:

Try and complete the following as fast as you can:

10 burpees, 10 push ups, 10 squats

9 burpees, 9 push ups and 9 squats

8 burpees, 8 push ups and 8 squats

7 burpees, 7 push ups and 7 squats

6 burpees, 6 push ups and 6 squats

5 burpees, 5 push ups and 5 squats

…. All the way down to one!

Workout 2:

25 squats, 5 push ups

20 squats, 10 push ups

15 squats, 15 push ups

10 squats, 20 push ups

5 squats, 25 push ups

Give them a go and see how fast you can complete the workouts.
