During 2016 and looking for a way to boost my general health and wellbeing, I began reading the Primal Blueprint and started to follow its principles, which includes dietary, lifestyle and exercise advice. Within a month I could notice the benefits: improved sleep, greater productivity, feeling stronger, improved physical health, feeling more upbeat, and generally feeling more content with life.
Such changes inspired me to become a Primal Health Coach. Following an extensive course, I qualified in 2017 and began working with my first clients later that year. At the start of this year I launched my own health and wellbeing business with Primal Health Coaching an integral service.
Many training programs involve struggle and sacrifice – diets and strenuous exercise plans that are unrealistic and hard to maintain. The Primal Health approach is refreshingly different. Based on contemporary and evolving scientific findings, a Primal Health plan emphasises tasty food, occasional indulgences, moderate and accessible physical activities and, most importantly – fun.
Fitness goals can be achieved in less time with high intensity exercise sessions. Regular, brief, strength training sessions and occasional all-out sprints promote optimal gene expression and broad athletic competency. So participants can experience more benefits in a fraction of the time spent doing the time-consuming chronic exercise advocated by conventional wisdom.
And with 80% of your body shape determined by how you eat, making dietary improvements a key part of any primal health plan. Many modern foods (even ones you thought were healthy) can cause you to gain weight, accelerate ageing and increase disease risk.
If following a primal health plan is of interest to you, look at this launch offer, which includes your own bespoke plan regardless of if you commit to any further sessions.
