Tennis

Why not get involved in the game that Wimbledon is famous for! The King’s Club runs social tennis sessions that are open to both members and guests. It is a good way to meet new people and improve your game. The Lawn Tennis Association also run cardio tennis sessions – these will help burn fat and improve your game. In addition the opening times of tennis courts in parks will be extended. So no excuses!

Juicing

Want to detox and cleanse your system? I recommend the juices at Hot Yoga Wimbledon, my favourite is the Superyogi: apple, carrot, celery, spinach, broccoli, cucumber, ginger, lime. Nom! This is perfect if you need a vitamin boost. It contains vitamins A, C and E, calcium, iron, potassium, and selenium – which is great for your skin and immune system and chlorophyll, which is like liquid sunshine!
