Why not get involved in the game that Wimbledon is famous for! The King’s Club runs social tennis sessions that are open to both members and guests. It is a good way to meet new people and improve your game. The Lawn Tennis Association also run cardio tennis sessions – these will help burn fat and improve your game. In addition the opening times of tennis courts in parks will be extended. So no excuses!
Need to check in with your spiritual side and well-being? Why not try outside Yoga in Wimbledon Park delivered by MA&Y. They offer of Hatha Yoga practice open to all levels, especially beginners. The focus is on alignment and breathing, as well as faster paced Vinyasa flow.
